The definition of cold blooded: "According to court documents, (Jill) Lotter had visited her neighbor and mentioned while smoking a cigarette that she had hit her husband in the head with a hammer.
The neighbor went to Lotter’s home on Independence Drive and discovered the man, identified in documents as M.L., on the living room floor bleeding profusely from head and facial injuries.
Lotter told medical personnel, family members and investigators she hit her husband “with a hammer multiple times over a period of several hours during an altercation.”
